Move into good health with this four-week series designed specifically for new moms who want to regain their shape, increase energy and have fun doing it. Learn practical tips to incorporate into your daily routine, core exercises for stability including diastisis recti rehabilitation and pelvic floor work for your new mom body. Classes combine dance, yoga and pilates to support and keep you moving to staying fit and feeling good!
